Dale is a rare man who stood up to the status quo in North Carolina after one of his coastal real estate projects ran head long into developmental corruption that spilled over into environmental injustices affecting all taxpayers. And he is no small contributor to those who have led the way to change North Carolina history after a 100+ year history of Democratic control.

As a result of a few questions he asked several NC governmental agencies, Dale used his diverse background of knowledge and went looking for the answers. The answers he found were ugly. He talked to mainstream media sources about what he had uncovered, all supported by public documentation. And to his dismay, no one would report on what he had uncovered.

This determined man did what entrepreneurs do….he created his own alternative media platform to educate his fellow North Carolinians about how corruption is so rampant within all levels of government that are intricately linked to big business. Dale created Waterfront Sportsman, a Trojan Horse printed magazine. This in turn launched his next career path as a Super Whistle Blower.

Dale is an avid outdoor sportsman, in the great tradition of being introduced to nature at his father’s side. Waterfront Sportsman was created celebrating our connection with nature and the environment. It is definitely not your average outdoor sports publication since much of its content focused on scathing articles exposing what is truly happening with our environment and more specifically our most valuable resource, water.

Waterfront Sportsman went from a printed publication to an internet magazine and gathered a loyal and dedicated following all across the world. Dale went out and got experts to collaborate with in order to uncover many systemic problems that plague our state and nation. From toxic water to real estate Ponzi schemes to developmental and environmental crimes, Dale and his experts have used guerrilla warfare to call the perpetrators up on the table for their actions. And hopefully bring about a change for the generations to come.
